Google reviews only. They’re what most local customers see first when they search for you.
How does this help me get found?
Fresh reviews with thoughtful replies help your business look active and trustworthy in Google Search and Maps, and help AI assistants understand what you offer.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set everything up and run it for you. You just keep doing great work.
How do customers leave a review?
They get your review link by text or email, or scan your QR code. Either way it opens your Google review form in one tap.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. We send the same review request to every customer. Filtering out unhappy customers before they can review is called review gating, and Google and the FTC don’t allow it.
Will the replies sound like me?
Yes. AI drafts each reply in your voice, then we post it. You can ask us to change the tone or wording anytime.
Can I approve replies before they go live?
Yes, if you want to. Turn on approval and we’ll send you each drafted reply to OK before we post it. Or leave it off and we’ll post replies for you.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No one can remove honest reviews. We can help you report reviews that break Google’s rules, and a good reply often matters more than the review itself.
